Shared Solutions Limited is a Jersey based company dedicated to offering a new style of training and advisory service to the financial services industry. The principals are Jersey residents of long standing with a wealth of experience in the industry, particularly in the fields of trust and company administration, taxation, wealth management, people management and motivation. As managers in the finance industry we found it difficult to evaluate the effective impact of training on our staff and assess the financial return on our investment in training. We realise that the recent introduction of a regulatory requirement to provide a minimum number of hours of training highlights the need to identify and maximise the "economic and practical effectiveness" of training programmes. Shared Solutions has been set up to research, analyse and deliver high quality practical training to people working at all levels in the offshore finance industry. Your people will learn the technical data needed to do their job and also benefit from our depth of experience in the industry. This will be of immediate practical value at their desks in dealing with the everyday problems arising from client relationships and wealth management. The programmes are structured to be cost effective and to maximise the return on your investment in training. Shared Solutions has delivered training to staff specialising in family trusts, corporate structures, employee benefits, taxation and fund management.
